Today, I start decorating the front panel and other exterior features of the dollhouse. I created flowered vines for the front porch and dormer. You can either follow the instructions or design your own, but be mindful of the limited materials provided in the kit.
The instructions suggest making a vine using floral wire to adhere your sprigs to, but I skipped this step by gluing the floral sprigs directly to the columns and railings to achieve a similar climbing effect without extra steps. The floral wire in my kit was rusted and falling apart, so it's unlikely to be useful for anything.
