I don't have the best relationship with fabric, but these kits are forgiving, so my bed turned out quite well.
In this picture, you can see the bedroom setup with all the items I
made before, including the potted tree that helps conceal the wires in
that corner.
I'm not thrilled about how they chose to electrify the table lamp
with a wire coming down from the ceiling, but that's just how it is and
there's no other option.
You can also see where the rocking chair and slippers are placed on the other side of the bedroom.
