Here
is the power supply compartment I mentioned earlier. You can see how
the swing would have blocked the movement of this panel, making it hard
to access. It’s better to place the gardening table in front of the
panel, but don’t glue it down permanently. You need to be able to move
it to open the panel.
I used acrylic paints to match the exterior of the dollhouse and
painted the edges of the panel so that raw wood isn’t visible when it’s
closed. The power supply box is quite large, and there are many wires
packed into this compartment, so the panel won't close completely. It
may stick out a bit, but painting the edges will help make it less
noticeable.
