Provence Lavender Dollhouse Day 47

The little bathtub was the only item in the kit that came pre-assembled. You need to add the bubbles and sponge yourself, which is a clever idea I could also use in my dollhouses. The bubbles are made of fluff used for pillow filling and small white foam balls, while the sponge is a tiny yellow pom pom. These materials are easy to find at craft stores, but I had never thought to use them this way.

There’s a small paper basket wrapped in twine, filled with beads and tiny labels. I also made a cute shelf from wood, beads, and wire. My favorite piece is the shower. It’s simple to make but very elegant, making it perfect for Reutter Porcelain miniatures. It consists of just beads and wire. I liked it so much that I made another one for my Fairfield Dollhouse.

Here is the bathroom, all set up.
