Today, while installing a roof panel with a skylight in the dollhouse, I faced some common challenges associated with MDF construction. The window and door openings have rounded corners that need to be squared off with a box cutter, making it tricky to fit the windows.
The wiring in the corner of the second floor is quite complex. I had to carefully route the wires for the larger chandelier through a small hole. To keep everything organized, I used clear packaging tape to secure the wires along the edge of the ceiling as they traveled across the dollhouse.
After putting in the back roof panel and adding trim along the roof ridge, the dollhouse is starting to take shape, showcasing the developing structure of this miniature project.
