After the structure dried overnight, I installed curtains on both sides of the arch windows. The left-hand interior corner is crowded with electrical wires that pass through a small floor hole to the dollhouse base.
The wiring arrangement seems poorly planned, with an excessive
number of wires cramped into a tight space.
The curtains help conceal the messy wire configuration, partially
hiding the tangled bundle running down the wall. For someone with my
organizational tendencies, these exposed wires are frustrating. In fact,
this is precisely why I typically avoid electrifying dollhouses - the
potential for visual clutter outweighs the benefits of interior
lighting. I'm hopeful that as more walls are added, the unsightly wire
cluster will become less noticeable.
