To assemble this dollhouse, preparation and organization are essential due to its many small parts which can easily be misplaced.
I recommend you keep the dollhouse box for storing large walls and floor parts. Use a cup for electrical components and hinges, and a compartmentalized tray for beads, fabric trim, wires, and florals. Keep furniture, staircases, and other component parts in their original bags. On smaller kits, these parts are easily identified, even when removed from their bags, but this kit has simply too many parts to be able to do that without causing significant confusion.
Cut templates and paper cut-outs into smaller sizes and clip them together so they are easily flipped through and found. Separate schematics from the instruction booklet so you do not lose your place when trying to identify a part.
Store clear acetate for windows away from the assembly area to prevent scratches.
Organizing parts carefully will prevent loss, damage, confusion, and frustration during assembly.
