Today,
I made some small pillows. My sewing skills are not great, so please be
kind about the results. It's a miracle they even resemble pillows. If you can sew, your results will be much better.
The leather couch is made up of segments, which makes assembly easier. Once the pillows are on the couch, they look much
better.
Adhering to the leather can be tricky with tacky glue, so use the alcohol based glue that the kit provides. Even
then, you might struggle to keep the leather in place so patience is key. If your kit did not provide glue, consider using a fast-acting glue specifically designed for
leather, as this material tends to shift easily.
The pillows are
holding up with hot melt glue, as they are fabric, not leather.
If you find it too difficult to work with leather, you could
switch to a different fabric that is easier to handle and similar in
color. This way, you can use the leather only as accents.
