Provence Lavender Dollhouse Day 4

This chandelier is quite challenging to work with. It’s also slightly larger than the other items in the dollhouse, which makes sense given its complexity. If it were any smaller, it would be frustrating to assemble. To avoid that hassle, they designed the chandelier to be small but manageable.

Use glue designed for metal and plastic, as it will be easier to work with.

You will likely spend a day or two putting this chandelier together. It needs to be installed on a ceiling, though I’m not sure which ceiling that will be. I assume this ceiling won’t be accessible later, so all the wiring must be completed now. The wiring is quite complicated.

Be sure to examine the instruction photos carefully and don’t tape any wiring until you’re certain it’s connected correctly and you’ve tested the light with the power supply.

I applied flooring paper to the opposite side of this ceiling but haven’t cut out the opening yet, which I think might be for the stairwell. This makes me wonder if it could be for the second floor, but we’ll find out in time.
